Still has the old NY feel, it's a great spot to people watch or hang out in the nice weather with a book. Plenty of good food and bars around. Beautiful in the spring and home to a family of Hawks

Relaxing park, a few courts, a pool I don't think anyone uses, and benches galore. I've been warned it's not so nice the later in the evening you get, but surrounded by shops and hot spots.

A great place to stroll after eating and before the in goes down. Stop at the dog park to the watch dogs play. Always a great way to see how compatible you are with your date.
